NKC
This is a utility token, operated on blockchain, issued by the Woori Economic Cooperation Foundation (WRECF) to conduct transactions with developing countries. The Foundation will issue 300 million NKCs at a price of USD 1. In projects for the operation of Noorim-K, this serves as the exchange currency the Foundation pays to its suppliers. The suppliers may sell the NKC tokens received from the Foundation on the exchange or request the exchange to the Woori Economic Cooperation Foundation at the same price after the ICO.

This is, as a new token warrant (Crypto Warrant), the right for crypto acquisition that is provided free of charge to Noorim K Genesis who will hold NKC. This is the right to discount and takeover NKCs issued by the Foundation at the end of each year. The scale of undertaking is 5% of the year-end NKW. In addition, NKW warrants may be traded at NKW EXCHANGE, which is their own exchange. The form of the warrants is on the blockchain to ensure safety in digital form, and social participants can provide NKW as collateral for the Noorim K project.
